AppleCare+
iPhone:
AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your coverage to 2 years from plan purchase date and adds including unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months.
Each incident is subjected to a service fee of SAR 99 for screen damage or Back Glass-Only Damage (if it’s available), or SAR 349 for any other damage.
Apple Watch:
AppleCare+ for Apple Watch’s, up to two years of expert technical support and hardware coverage, including unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a SAR 249 service fee for Apple Watch and Apple Watch Nike, and SAR 299 service fee for Apple Watch Ultra and Hermès. Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date.
iPad:
AppleCare+ for iPads provides expert technical support and additional hardware coverage for iPad, Apple Pencil, and Apple-branded iPad keyboard from your AppleCare+ purchase date, including unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a service fee of SAR 179 for iPad and SAR 99 for Apple Pencil or Apple-branded iPad keyboard.
Apple TV:
AppleCare+ for Apple TV provides up to three years of expert technical support and additional hardware coverage for Apple TV, including unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, each subject to a service fee of SAR 65, plus applicable tax. In addition, you’ll get priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.

Mobily’s Terms & Conditions:
If the customer pays the full amount and subscribes to AppleCare+ for the entire term of the service:
- The customer can request a full refund within 30 days of subscribing by contacting Mobily technical support to cancel the service.
- If a customer wishes to cancel the subscription after 30 days from the subscription date, they must request cancellation through Apple channels.
If the customer is subscribed to AppleCare+ on a monthly basis:
- The customer can unsubscribe by sending an SMS with the text "5678" to 1100 or by calling 1100.
- If a customer cancels their monthly subscription, they are not entitled to a refund.
- The beneficiary of AppleCare+ must pay for the service monthly to prevent cancellation.
- If a customer's service is terminated due to non-payment, they will not be eligible for AppleCare+ again.
Customers will not be able to re-subscribe to AppleCare+ service once it has been canceled.
