All Postpaid voice customers who activated their lines from more than three months.
Data SIMs (Postpaid or Prepaid) will not be eligible to use the service.
- What do I do if “Mobile Phone” option under payment list is not available on my Apple device?
Make sure that you select Saudi Arabia as the country in your Apple ID profile. Otherwise, the “Mobile Phone” option will not appear.
- Who can help in a technical support or a refund for my purchases?
Refunds can only be issued by Apple here.
